  • Clients will have to register themselves by filling the registration form.
  • The minimum chargeable weight is 10 kg. For all shipments weighing in fraction of kgs., the chargeable weight shall be rounded off to the next higher integer.
  • Clients are requested to provide the goods properly packed with due protection as required during monsoon. In case the goods need to be repacked, separate charges will be levied.
  • For the shipments through Aviation mode, we will endeavour deliveries within 1 working day from the receipt of the goods/ delivery instructions, whichever is later. In case of destinations, where shipments are trans-shipped (not directly connected by air from Mumbai) deliveries will be endeavoured in 2-3 working days.
  • Goods dimensionally disproportionate will be charged on volumetric basis.
  • Applicable taxes are payable by the client.
  • The clients are advised to insure the shipments. Our liability in case of any loss or damage is restricted to Rs. 100/- only.
  • Proof of Delivery (POD) should not be a mandatory criterion for payment of the bills. PODs can be made available on request, but such a request must be made within 15 days from the date of shipment, as these records are kept for a period of 15 days only.
  • Under any circumstances, no claim or communication pertaining to any shipment will be entertained after 15 days from the date of booking.
  • Shipments will not be delivered to a P. O. Box number.
  • The shipments must not contain any letter, communication, article or goods which infringe the law. Cheques, Drafts, negotiable instruments, banking documents, LCs, stationery and such other documents are NOT barred from being sent through courier mode. However, we advice the clients not to send valuables, currency, jewellery, precious metals, etc. All the shipments are accepted in good faith that they do not contain anything that infringes the law. The client will be responsible for any loss and/or liability arising from confiscation of goods by any government or local authority.
  • PERQ has the right but not the obligation to inspect any shipment.
